Invitations were sent only to Russian travel companies, specialized in VIP-tourism. Representatives of foreign DMCs and hotels also can`t be registered as visitors of the event, they can be present as participants only.

Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with the Policy, I, as the personal data subject, hereby give my consent to LLC "MITS LUX", the organizer of the Pure Luxury workshop, for the processing of personal data, as well as all other data contained in the request form under which the link to this consent is placed. I also consent to LLC "MITS LUX" sending me informational messages to the contact details specified in the request.
The purpose of personal data processing is to provide me with information about the services of LLC "MITS LUX" and to contact me regarding the issues specified in the request.
I have been informed that the processing of personal data means actions (operations) with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
By transferring third-party personal data to LLC "MITS LUX", I confirm and guarantee the third party's consent to such data provision.
This consent is valid from the date it is provided until the date of its withdrawal in written form, but in any case, no more than 3 years from the date of termination of the last contract (supplementary agreement, appendix to the contract, or other similar document) signed between me and LLC "MITS LUX", or from the date of this consent if no contract (or similar document) was signed between me and LLC "MITS LUX".
